The practice of meditation and mindfulness helps us embrace and accept our humanness by fostering a deeper awareness of our thoughts and emotions. This heightened awareness enables us to develop healthier coping mechanisms and teaches us to remain calm even in the midst of challenges. 

Meditation enhances cognitive flexibility and improves our ability to make complex decisions by allowing us to manage our responses to stressful situations more effectively. As a result, it can reduce stress and anxiety, offering better, healthier strategies for coping with our demanding profession.
