My Story
I first discovered the power of meditation and visualisation when I was a young teenager studying Martial Arts. This early exposure laid the foundation for my passion and ongoing practice of mindfulness and visualisation techniques, which has helped me succeed in my academic and professional career.

Originally, I studied law and practiced as a solicitor before beginning my medical training. During my junior doctor years I obtained a masters degree in Health Law, before completing my specialist training in Anaesthetics. I currently practice full time as a specialist Anaesthetist whilst balancing the joy and challenges of raising a young family. I still enjoy participating in martial arts and being physically active. As an advocate for holistic wellness, I bring a unique perspective to this journey, shaped by my own experiences and diverse professional background.

Combining my medical expertise with an advanced teaching certificate in meditation and mindfulness, I created Blissful Balance as a space for doctors to explore self-care beyond the physical. I encourage a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. My own life - balancing a demanding medical career, family, and continual personal growth - exemplifies the philosophy I teach: that true balance is achievable through mindful living and intentional self-care.

My journey reflects a deep commitment to growth and resilience, both personally and professionally. As founder and CEO of Blissful Balance, I am passionate about helping others discover their full potential and achieve a fulfilling, balanced life.
