Join me for a relaxing and restorative time in Cebu.  Soak yourself in the sun, sand and sea - reconnect with nature - nature yourself with wholesome food, mindful moments and blissful calm.  Reconnect with yourself, your goals and aspirations.

The sea is good for the soul.  Immerse yourself in the salt waters of Cebu.  Be at one with Mother Nature, feel her energy restore and renew you.

Sharing meals, particularly comfort foods, can create a sense of belonging, soothe stress, and evoke positive memories, strengthening social bonds and fostering a sense of comfort and wellbeing.  It's all about the balance.  Enjoy bonding with retreat participants before we bid farewell.

  • Mindful movement

  • Affirmation meditation

  • Mindful moments ~ sharing a meal with new friends

  • Healing light meditation

  • Class choice meditation

  • 15 hours CPD /CME wellbeing points claimable for medical professionals

  • Potential for additional CPD/CME depending on group size and specialties attending

    • participants may claim up to 8 additional CPD points when they participate in Critical Reflection, Case discussions and Peer support groups (this will depend on number of participants and interest in additional CPD)
