Blissful Balance is committed to the self-empowerment of clinicians through wellbeing, meditation and mindfulness education. We focus on teaching the importance of self-care, self-awareness and self-compassion.
Our retreats are designed to help you reflect, recharge and rejuvenate. At Blissful Balance, we aim to nourish and empower the mind, body and soul; fostering greater self-awareness, self-compassion and empathy.
Participants are encouraged to consider what their own ‘blissful balance’ is, and to develop and honour their own path towards healthy, effective coping skills and stress management. Resilience is not forged alone. At our retreats, participants will discover the strength that comes from embracing vulnerability, both within themselves and with each other.

Up to 20 hours of CPD education
Each participant will receive a certificate after the conclusion of the retreat that can be used for self-reporting.
